Hello Friends!! – For the following days I will be sharing projects made with what I suggested to get as a starter kit, you can see all the products suggested on my previous blog post.
I thought it would be fun to do some projects with the suggested starter kit, and give you some inspiration as to what you can do with the starter kit!!
Anyway on my post from Monday, I explained in more detail the awesome promotion going on during July, where you get a full family of ink pads for FREE when you purchase the starter kit!! you can read more about this HERE
The card is using the animal outing stamp set, which has cute little critters and lots of sentiments, you can use this for lots of occasions, so I decided to do a thank you card, since I am always low on thank you cards..
The coordinating designer series paper has the same little critters on one side and really beautiful bright patterns on the other side, so you can use this paper pack for so many occasions.. And to color this cute little Rhino, I used the stampin’ blends!! which are back on stock as well as all the NEW colors released with the new catalog, so we have 11 NEW colors added to the blend family..
Another great suggestion of starter kit would be to get 13 color combos (dark and light) on the stampin’ blends + a memento ink!! this totals $123 + shipping + taxes, but if you get them on the starter kit you only pay $99 + taxes!!, and in July you get the full family of ink pads of your choice for FREE!!, is that not a great starter kit??? I love, love, love, our blends for coloring!!! – Anyway, back to my project..
Is this card not cute?? I love this little cute rhino!! and I really enjoyed creating this card with the products selected on the sample starter kit, because I added a collection of products, it was so easy to design this project, I honestly love so much the color coordination from Stampin’ Up!, as it truly makes it easier to put projects together that are appealing to the eye..
IF you didn’t see the post from Monday here is the picture of the items I selected as a suggestion for a starter kit.. which are the products that I am using today for my card..
And the picture below is how the starter kit would look like when you get a family on ink pads.. on my suggestion I chose the brights family!!
But remember you can customize the starter kit to whatever you want and like from the catalog, as you pick up to $125 worth of products and only pay $99 + taxes, there is no shipping!! so you save an additional 10% – pretty good deal!!
Here is the video tutorial where I show how I made my card, I go over measurements and tips and instructions to be able to easily duplicate this card!! let me know if you have any questions regarding this project or the starer kit.. I will love to have you join my team..
To learn about some perks of being part of my team please see the post from yesterday HERE I talk about them on my first video.
