Cardmaking made easy with the Snowfall Thinlits Dies

Hello Friends, Today I am showing again another card using the Snowfall thinlits dies, this time I paired the dies with two stamp sets! My favorite Buffalo Check and the Merry Christmas to all for the sentiment!

What I loved about this card is that it is monochromatic so you can duplicate this same card in lots of different colors and get different looks, this is one that you just need to see what colors of cardstock you have and pair it with the same ink pad and a marker..

Check out this blog post with instructions on how to make this card with Tips and Tricks for making handmade cards using Stampin Up's Snowflake showcase products! You will love how quick and easy this is to make! www.creatingwithallie.com #stampinup #alejandragomez #creatingwithallie #videotutorial #cardmaking #papercrafts #handmadegreetingcards #fun #creativity #makeacard #sendacard #stampingisfun #sharewhatyoulove #wintercards #brandnewproducts #snowflakeshowcase

Also did you see how beautiful the background is?? I used the Buffalo Check for the background but I added the lines to it so it looked like a plaid design! I found out that using a quilters ruler is a most for this technique, as you can see how much space to leave in between the lines, so it made it so easy to mark the lines on the background.
Please note that you want to clean your ruler once you are done marking the lines, specially if you are using regular markers as it can smear the ink onto your project, in my case I used Stampin’ blends (alcohol markers) so even though it didn’t smear my project, it stained the ruler but I was able to clean it with rubbing alcohol without any problem. 🙂

For the die cut piece I added a rhinestone to each of the snowflakes and on the larger one I actually added one of the snoflake trinkets that are as well part of the Snowflake Showcase products. This die cut piece looks amazing in person! Pictures do not show how beautiful this card is!
